3D Event Designer & Technical Drafter (Interior Design Background)

We are hiring a 3D Event Designer & Technical Drafter with a strong interior design background to join our luxury event and production team.

This is a hybrid role combining creative 3D event design and technical drafting for production and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D event concepts and renders based on client briefs
• Prepare production-ready technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations, fixing details)
• Develop layouts, lighting concepts, décor, furniture, and floral placement
• Coordinate with carpentry, lighting, AV, and truss teams
• Support site measurements, technical walkthroughs, and event execution
• Ensure designs are accurate, feasible, and delivered on time

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
• 3–5+ years experience in event design, interior design, or technical drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD + 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
• Strong understanding of event production and temporary structures
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Flexible to work weekends and event days when required
