3D Generalist / 3D Visualizer (Architecture-0-2)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Generalist / 3D Visualizer with an architectural background to produce high-quality 3D visuals and walkthroughs for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be able to translate design concepts and drawings into realistic and compelling 3D imagery that communicates the design intent effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architecture, interior, and landscape projects.
• Work closely with architects and designers to develop photorealistic visuals based on concept sketches, CAD drawings, or BIM models.
• Set up accurate lighting, texturing, and material finishes to achieve realistic outputs.
• Produce architectural walkthroughs and flythroughs for client presentations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines, quality standards, and design accuracy.
• Manage and organize 3D asset libraries, materials, and rendering templates.
• Stay updated on latest rendering tools, visualization trends, and presentation techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Animation.
• Proven experience in architectural visualization (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit / Blender
• Rendering engines: V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape
• Post-production tools: Photoshop / After Effects
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, scale, proportion, lighting, and materials.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Excellent visualization sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience with Unreal Engine / Twinmotion for real-time rendering.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows (Revit).
• Ability to create VR-ready 3D environments for client presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
