3D Generalist (Blender / Maya) – On-Site Position

About the Role

Zate Systems is looking for a talented and versatile 3D Generalist who can handle multiple stages of the 3D production pipeline.

We need a creative professional experienced in Blender or Autodesk Maya who can contribute across modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering while working closely with our creative team on high-quality visual projects.

This is strictly an On-Site position. Remote or Hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, and assets
• Perform character or object animation
• Handle lighting, texturing, and rendering workflows
• Work on stylized and cinematic visual projects
• Collaborate with animators, designers, and creative directors
• Optimize scenes for performance and final output
• Maintain organized project files and follow studio pipelines

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional 3D experience
• Strong proficiency in Blender or Autodesk Maya
• Solid understanding of:
• Modeling
• Animation
• Lighting & Rendering
• Texturing & Materials
• Good artistic sense for composition and visuals
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a production environment
• Portfolio / Demo Reel required

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Motion graphics knowledge
• Character rigging experience
• Stylized animation or cinematic production experience
• Basic compositing or VFX skills
