3D Generalist( Fresher/Experienced)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile 3D Designer – Generalist with a strong architectural background. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Revit to create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentations. The candidate must have hands-on commercial experience and the ability to convert architectural concepts into realistic visual outputs that align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs for commercial, residential, and interior design projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D renderings.
• Work with design teams to present creative and visually appealing concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare high-quality renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of outputs adhering to client requirements and industrial standards.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for design finalization.
• Stay updated with latest visualization trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.

Key Skills & Software Expertise:

• AutoCAD – drafting and technical detailing
• SketchUp – 3D modeling & conceptual design
• Revit – BIM modeling & architectural visualization
• Lumion – realistic rendering & walkthroughs
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven commercial experience in 3D visualization and rendering
• Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects

Compensation:

• Salary will be as per industry standards and based on experience & portfolio.
