3D Interior Designer

As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of residential and commercial interior design projects. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients visualize the final outcome of their spaces before execution begins.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Rendering:
• Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Homestyler based on architectural plans, sketches, and design briefs.
• Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials using V-Ray, Lumion, and other rendering engines to produce photorealistic images.
• Create interior and exterior renders that accurately reflect the design intent, mood, and spatial layout.
• Walkthroughs & Animations:
• Produce immersive walkthrough videos and flythrough animations to showcase the design flow and spatial experience.
• Use tools like Lumion and 3ds Max to animate camera paths, lighting transitions, and environmental effects.
• Virtual Reality (VR) Integration:
• Prepare models for VR presentations, enabling clients to explore spaces interactively.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate designs into platforms like Unreal Engine, Unity, or VRay for VR.
• Design Collaboration:
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Participate in design reviews and offer creative input to enhance spatial aesthetics and functionality.
• Software Proficiency:
• Strong command over:
• SketchUp – for quick conceptual modeling.
• 3ds Max – for detailed modeling and advanced rendering.
• V-Ray – for photorealistic rendering.
• Lumion – for fast rendering and walkthrough creation.
• Homestyler – for quick layout visualization and client presentations.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of architectural detailing, interior styling, and material finishes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with VR tools and interactive design platforms is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Soft Skills:

• Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
