Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and design teams to conceptualize and create interior design solutions.
• Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of proposed design projects for client presentations.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Utilize industry-standard 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DS Max efficiently.
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure all design projects meet their deadlines.
• Work with contractors and project managers to ensure designs are implemented precisely.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recent 3D design software developments.
• Advise clients on space planning, layout, color schemes, and aesthetics.
• Prepare and present detailed interior design plans and cost estimates to clients.
• Ensure all design work aligns with the client's brand and vision while meeting all regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and creative ideas.
• Ensure all materials and design elements enhance sustainability and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in professional 3D interior design or a similar field.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide array of successful design projects and concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic and creative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail in design work.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the ability to incorporate them effectively.
