Full-Time | In-Office | Need For Build

Need For Build is growing, and we’re looking for a talented 3D Landscape Designer to join our in-house team. If you’re passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments and love seeing your designs come to life — this role is for you.

About the Role

As our 3D Landscape Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. You’ll collaborate closely with our construction and design teams to create high-end, resort-style outdoor spaces that balance beauty, functionality, and buildability.

Responsibilities

* Design and redesign residential landscape projects in 3D from concept to final presentation

* Create visually compelling 3D renderings that clearly communicate design intent to clients and internal teams

* Participate in client discovery and design discussions when needed

* Collaborate closely with project managers, and builders to ensure designs are realistic and executable

* Ensure designs align with local building codes, regulations, and project guidelines

* Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements

* Work full-time in-office during standard business hours

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape design (4+ years preferred)

* At least 1 year of hands-on experience with 3D landscape design software

* Strong portfolio showcasing landscape designs, including before/after visuals or renderings

* Solid understanding of materials, hardscape, planting, and outdoor construction methods

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Availability to work 40 hours per week, full-time, in office

Pay: $4,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
