About the Project:
This is a university class assignment project where we aim to develop a detailed 3D model or simulation of the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet (PAF / PAC–China variant). The project will be presented before the university board as part of an academic evaluation.
We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled designer who can bring realism, precision, and presentation-quality visuals to life.
Responsibilities:
- Design a detailed 3D model of the JF-17 Thunder (Block I, II, or III — depending on available reference).
- Create accurate textures, surface details, and markings (PAF or PLA variant).
- If possible, include basic animation or cockpit visualization for presentation purposes.
- Coordinate closely to ensure the model aligns with academic presentation goals.
- Deliver in a presentation-ready format (e.g., Blender, SolidWorks, or 3ds Max output).
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Skilled in 3D modeling software (Blender, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Familiar with aircraft structures or aeronautical visualization.
- Detail-oriented and able to work within a short academic timeline.
- Preferably with experience in aerospace modeling or simulation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or coursework in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering, 3D Design, or Game Development.
- Strong portfolio of 3D aircraft or mechanical models.
- Prior experience creating military or aviation-related models is a plus.
