Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Animator to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality animated videos that simplify complex healthcare and business concepts for our clients and audience.
You will work closely with our content, marketing, and design teams to create visually appealing explainer videos, service ads, social media reels, and motion graphics that align with the XenMD brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce 2D and motion graphic videos for marketing, education, and internal communication.
Create animated explainer videos for XenMD’s services (billing, credentialing, marketing, etc.).
Collaborate with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and designers to deliver cohesive storytelling.
Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations that effectively communicate ideas.
Edit and enhance existing video content for campaigns and social media platforms.
Ensure all video content aligns with XenMD’s branding and messaging standards.
Stay up to date with animation trends, tools, and creative techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Video Animator or Motion Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related animation tools.
Strong sense of timing, movement, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic understanding of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
