Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer / Animator to produce high-impact visuals and motion content for social media, web, ads, and more. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creative problem-solving, has a strong sense of design and storytelling, and can execute both static and motion content end-to-end.

Core Responsibilities

Create engaging static and video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Design for multiple formats: social media, ads, website, internal materials, print
Edit high-quality videos, reels, and motion graphics with compelling storytelling
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals (colour, tone, typography, layout)
Use performance data to iterate on designs (A/B testing, hooks, thumbnails)
Organize and manage an asset library and maintain proper version control
Deliver content on time while managing multiple projects and feedback cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in a combined design + animation editing role
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency in:
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Video Editing: Premiere Pro and After Effects
Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects or similar
Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, colour theory
Basic animation and motion graphics (logo stings, lower-thirds, infographics)
Good storytelling instincts and editing flow (transitions, cuts, pacing, music)
Knowledge of audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ, level balancing)
Attention to detail, file organization, and asset management
Understanding of social platform specs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Strong communication skills for feedback and creative discussion

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Figma for UI layouts or social templates
Basic 3D motion
Experience with print production or packaging design
Creative approach to ad creatives (especially performance-focused)
Photography or on-set shooting experience
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web collaboration
Comfort working with Urdu & English typography in bilingual layouts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
