YouTube Channel Manager

Role: Oversees the entire automation process and ensures smooth workflow.
JD:

• Manage the YouTube channel(s) and upload schedules.
• Coordinate with scriptwriters, voice-over artists, video editors, and thumbnail designers.
• Optimize SEO (titles, tags, descriptions).
• Track analytics and performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent branding and tone across all videos.

2. Scriptwriter

Role: Writes engaging scripts based on given topics or niches.
JD:

• Research trending topics in the niche.
• Write clear, audience-focused scripts (6–10 min average).
• Maintain originality and factual accuracy.
• Collaborate with voice-over and editing teams to match tone and pacing.

3. Voice-Over Artist

Role: Provides voice for videos, matching the tone of the script and channel style.
JD:

• Record clean, high-quality audio.
• Use appropriate pacing, tone, and emotion.
• Deliver files in required format and timing.
• Revise based on feedback.

4. Video Editor

Role: Combines visuals, sound, and effects to produce finished videos.
JD:

• Edit using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add sound effects, background music, and B-roll footage.
• Maintain brand consistency in style and pacing.
• Deliver videos on time with quality assurance.

5. Thumbnail Designer

Role: Creates eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks.
JD:

• Design high-conversion thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva.
• Follow trends in YouTube CTR optimization.
• Match the channel’s aesthetic and color scheme.
• Deliver multiple concepts per video if required.

6. SEO & Analytics Specialist

Role: Optimizes video metadata and monitors performance.
JD:

• Research keywords, tags, and trends.
• Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.
• Analyze CTR, watch time, and audience retention.
• Suggest improvements based on data.

7. Automation System Operator / Virtual Assistant

Role: Handles repetitive tasks and backend operations.
JD:

• Schedule video uploads.
• Manage posting automation tools (like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or Hootsuite).
• Handle data entry, outreach, and content tracking.
• Support other team members as needed.
