Job Opportunity: 3D Visualizer - Architect

Location: Muscat, Oman (with the possibility of relocation to the UAE as part of our company’s expansion)

What You'll Bring:

• Expertise in 3D Modeling using 3D Studio Max and V-Ray / Corona Renderer (or equivalent software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, etc., provided that the output meets the required visual and technical standards).
• Proficiency in post-production using Photoshop.
• Experience in 3D Visualization for a minimum of 3 years.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Create life-like 3D Renders and Artistic visuals for interior and exterior designs and fit-outs.
• Assist with planning decisions and modify renders based on requirements.
• Produce high-quality 3D perspectives and photo-realistic renderings.
• Collaborate with designers to solve design challenges.
• Construct Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations.
• Provide pre-design services and layout designs as per client's requirements.
• Manage the development of designs, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in project meetings and client presentations.
• Support site teams with detailed drawings and follow-up for smooth work progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO350.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 3D modelling, rendering: 4 years (Required)
