3D & Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a “ 3D & Motion Graphics Designer ” to be assigned to our ''Corporate Communications'' department located in İstanbul HQ;

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D animation and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in industrial, architectural, and ship animations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and narrative development through motion graphics.
• Video production skills (shooting, editing, and post-production) are considered a strong asset and will be preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong team player with proven collaboration skills.
• Result-oriented and detail-focused work approach.
• Creative problem solver with adaptability to dynamic and evolving project needs.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Design and produce 3D animations, models, and motion graphics for corporate films, launch projects, promotional videos, investor decks, and global brand communication.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual assets in line with the company’s corporate identity and communication strategy.
• Collaborate with external agencies for rendering processes and ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Coordinate production and post-production workflows with agencies, ensuring seamless integration of 3D content into final video outputs.
• Provide creative direction and technical input during agency collaborations to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Monitor trends and advancements in 3D design, animation, and motion graphics technologies, and propose innovative approaches for ongoing projects.
• Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all visual deliverables produced for corporate use.
