About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Product Designer to join our team, specializing in luxury product and packaging design. This role involves conceptualizing and developing high-end packaging solutions such as perfume bottles, lipstick components, cosmetic cases, and other premium beauty & fashion packaging items.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3D modeling, visualization, technical design, and product development, with a keen eye for aesthetics and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in bringing premium product concepts to life — from idea to market launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop luxury product packaging concepts for beauty and fashion categories (fragrances, cosmetics, accessories, etc.)
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings for production
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
• Research market trends, materials, finishes, and innovation in luxury packaging
• Present design concepts and visual assets to internal stakeholders
• Validate structural feasibility and work with suppliers on prototyping and production details
• Maintain design consistency, brand identity, and product functionality throughout the process

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, 3D Design, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D product design; luxury/beauty/fashion industry experience preferred
• Expertise in 3D modeling & rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Cinema4D, Maya, or similar)
• Strong technical understanding of product development, materials, fabrication, and finishing
• Exceptional sense of aesthetics, form language, luxury detailing, and brand alignment
• Ability to visualize complex design ideas and convert them into usable prototypes
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury packaging or product work (must include 3D design examples)
• Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cosmetic or luxury brands
• Knowledge of rapid prototyping / 3D printing
• Understanding of manufacturing constraints for glass, metal, plastic packaging
