3D Senior Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production process. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, advanced editing expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to produce high-quality video content for digital, social media, advertising, and corporate platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the video editing process from raw footage to final output
• Create engaging videos for social media, ads, YouTube, websites, and campaigns
• Collaborate with creative directors, content creators, and marketing teams
• Develop compelling storytelling through editing, pacing, and transitions
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement
• Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and visual effects
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Maintain organized file structures and project archives
• Supervise junior editors and provide creative guidance (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred)
• 4–7+ years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve (plus point)
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Experience editing long-form and short-form content
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
