As an inbound coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ensuring every caller feels valued and understood.Duties<ul><li>Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding services, appointments, or account details</li><li>Enter data efficiently into company systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Support clients with basic troubleshooting or guidance related to medical terminology or healthcare services</li><li>Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of interactions, updates, and relevant information in databases</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall service quality</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and common software applications</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus&mdash;fluency in English and additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology or medical office experience is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and written correspondence</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and focus</li></ul>This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
