Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems for our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple databases, modern Python frameworks, and real-time communication protocols, and can independently deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Core Python, FastAPI, and Flask
• Work extensively with multiple database technologies, including MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Neo4j
• Implement real-time and asynchronous communication using WebSockets, gRPC, and RabbitMQ
• Design and develop web scraping tools and automated data extraction pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable code and manage version control using Git
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems with other services

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development
• Practical experience with FastAPI, Flask, WebSockets, gRPC, and RabbitMQ
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Neo4j)
• Experience building REST APIs, backend integrations, and web scraping solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience architecting scalable, high-performance backend systems
