Junior Python Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Python Developer with a solid foundation in Python to join our team. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our data and marketing teams to maintain existing codebases, automate workflows, and design robust data extraction and processing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to support internal applications and data management workflows.
• Data Automation & Scraping: Build, optimize, and maintain web scraping scripts and automation routines to extract data accurately from various online platforms.
• Database Management: Assist in designing, querying, and optimizing databases (SQL/NoSQL) to handle bulk business records and lead lists.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect internal marketing tools with third-party platforms.
• Code Maintenance & Debugging: Identify bugs, troubleshoot system performance issues, and refactor existing scripts for better efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation degree (BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is highly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience working as a Python Developer.
• Core Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Core Python (Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Exceptions).
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks (such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Solid understanding of web scraping libraries (Scrapy, or Selenium).
• Good command over SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data formatting/manipulation (CSV, JSON, Excel handling).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Soft Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, willingness to learn new technologies, and strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
