About the Role

Ingenious Concepts is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Web Developer who understands both traditional web development and modern AI-powered development workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor,and other AI-assisted development platforms to rapidly build, optimize, and deploy high-quality websites.

This role is ideal for someone who believes AI can accelerate development while maintaining strong technical standards and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Develop responsive, modern, and user-friendly websites for clients across various industries.
• Build websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, WordPress, Shopify or other relevant technologies.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fix website issues across devices and browsers.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and similar platforms to accelerate website development.
• Create effective prompts to generate, refine, debug, and optimize code.
• Convert website requirements into AI-assisted development workflows.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools for UI generation, content structuring, prototyping, and development automation.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, WordPress, Shopify or modern web development frameworks.
• Understanding of website hosting, domains, DNS, and deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.

Website Maintenance & Optimization

• Update and maintain existing client websites.
• Implement website enhancements and feature requests.
• Monitor website performance and optimize loading speeds.
• Ensure websites follow SEO and accessibility best practices.
