• Support clients with basic troubleshooting or guidance related to medical terminology or healthcare services
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear documentation of interactions, updates, and relevant information in databases
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall service quality

Experience

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and common software applications
• Bilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in English and additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients
• Knowledge of medical terminology or medical office experience is advantageous but not mandatory
