3D Visiualizer

Location: Central Park Housing Scheme,Lahore

Experience: 2-3 years in REVIT/BIM only

Position Brief: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our Architecture and Planning Department. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to support architectural design and planning processes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of architectural concepts and a passion for bringing designs to life through 3D visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations for residential, commercials.
• Work with the architecture team to visualize concepts, materials, lighting, and spatial layouts.
• Prepare presentation visuals for client meetings, design reviews, and approvals.
• Ensure visual outputs accurately reflect architectural drawings and material specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.
