3D Visualiser and Draughtsman

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer & Draughtsman with 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 3D renderings, shop drawings, and detailed technical drawings as per project requirements.

3D Visualization:

• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for interior and exterior projects.
• Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with the design and project team to understand project requirements.
• Modify designs based on client feedback.

Drafting & Technical Drawings:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery, partitions, ceilings, MEP coordination, etc.
• Develop layout drawings, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with site team for drawing clarifications.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
