Job Title: 3D Visualiser – Architecture & Interiors

Role Overview

You must be a very detail-driven 3D Visualiser to support the design team in bringing our interior and architectural concepts to life. This role requires a strong eye for composition, materiality, and lighting, with the ability to create photorealistic visuals that reflect Maison De Nova’s standards and style.

You will work closely with our designers and architects to develop high-end renderings for residential projects — from early-stage concept mood visuals to fully detailed high-quality presentation imagery.

Key responsibilities:

Produce high-quality 3D visualisations for interior and architectural projects

Translate design concepts, drawings, and mood boards into realistic CGI renderings

Work from AutoCAD plans, sketches, and references to model detailed scenes

Apply accurate materials, lighting, and textures to match the studio’s design intent

Collaborate with the design team to iterate and refine visuals as required

Assist in developing styling, mood, and camera angles that reflect the Maison De Nova signature

Maintain an organised library of materials, lighting setups, and 3D assets

Stay current with visualisation trends, tools, and techniques

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a similar 3D visualisation role within interior design, architecture, or property

Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production

Experience working from AutoCAD or Revit files

A strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential interior and exterior renderings

Excellent sense of composition, lighting, and material realism

Ability to interpret design direction and deliver visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic

Self-motivated, with excellent time management and attention to detail

Knowledge of animation or VR tools (e.g. Unreal Engine, Enscape) is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
