3D Visualizer (Junior–Mid Level)

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level 3D Visualizer to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in visualization software, a creative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and growth. A keen design sensibility and excellent communication skills will be a plus, helping bring our concepts to life through compelling visuals and storytelling.

Role Overview

The 3D Visualizer will play a key role in producing high-quality visuals to support client presentations led by Modular’s Design Managers and Project Directors. This position involves close collaboration with the design team to transform creative concepts into impactful visual representations that inspire and secure client approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Designers and Design Managers to fully understand project direction, visual requirements, and client expectations.
• Produce accurate, high-quality visuals within agreed timelines, ensuring uncompromised standards.
• Identify and communicate potential challenges or production issues to the Senior Visualizer for timely resolution.
• Proactively request missing information from Designers and Managers to avoid delays and optimize workflow.
• Demonstrate strong time management and productivity during working hours.
• Be flexible to work overtime when needed while maintaining efficiency during regular hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred (not mandatory if strong track record in Visualization).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Architectural Visualization.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max (modeling required) & Corona Renderer (or V-Ray).
• Strong Photoshop post-processing skills & AutoCAD literacy.
• Knowledge of SketchUp + Enscape is a plus.
• Strong command of English (written & verbal).
• Solid understanding of architectural CAD drawings, layouts, and details.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing previous works.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and artistic vision.
• Strong organizational and project/time management skills.
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.

• 3ds Max (mandatory – modeling & visualization)
• Corona / V-Ray (mandatory)
• SketchUp + Enscape (preferred)
• D5 Render (preferred)
