Requirements

The Role: 3D Visualiser / Generalist

As the 3D Visualiser based in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on producing visuals/CGIs for interiors, preferably hospitality projects. You will work closely with the Lead Visualiser based in London and with interior designers to create high-quality, still CGI visualisations of interior design projects for the Interior Design Team at TGP.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in 3D Visualisation, Architectural Design, or a related field.

Key Skills:

  • 3DS Max + Vray: Proficient/Highly experienced
  • SketchUp: Proficient/Highly experienced
  • Photoshop: Desirable but not essential


Responsibilities

Create 3D models (including massing, details, lighting, materials, scenes, and compositions) based on interior design briefs.

  • Render and/or perform post-production of scenes (desirable but not essential).
  • Implement feedback and design changes as required.
  • Regularly communicate with the Lead 3D Visualiser and Project Manager to ensure clarity on deadlines, timelines, and design comments.
  • Support senior team members (primarily in the Visualisation team and occasionally the Interior Design team) with 3D visualisation tasks.

Required Skill & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Reliable, hardworking, with a can-do attitude and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Pride in delivering high-quality work with detailed compositions, especially for hospitality interiors.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive in all tasks undertaken.
  • Passionate about creativity, with a willingness to learn from others and continually develop skills.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new challenges, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate proficiently with colleagues.
  • Proven professional experience, preferably in hospitality and/or F&B sectors.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing project requirements.


Job Location and Application Details:

  • Location: The successful candidates will be attached to our 6th October Office, Cairo from April 2026 onwards. 3 days per week may be required in the office (to be discussed during interview process due to technical requirements). We work remotely some of the time in a hybrid model, while collaborating closely with design teams in both Cairo and London.
  • Reporting Line: This role reports to the Lead 3D Visualiser (based in London).
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cairo time, Sunday to Thursday.
