3D Visualiser / Senior Interior Designer

· Meeting with clients.

· Concept Development (Mood Boards, Floor Plan, Detailed Drawing, 3D Render)

· Material Selection.

· Material Sourcing

· Site Visit

· Handling Supplier and Checking the goods / Delivery

· Coordinating with the team

· Consistently bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate

· Lead the interior design projects working both independently and within project teams

· Work collaboratively with the manager, the project architect and the project team to develop and advance the design agenda of each project

· Work with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and other project partners × Skillfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design agenda × Where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines

· Undertake design project from concept to completion

· Define project requirements and schedule during the meeting

· Supervise work progress

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
