Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.
- Develop and maintain a project library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.
- Work with design teams to integrate 3D content into presentations and client meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Provide input on designs from a 3D perspective to enhance overall project quality.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role within the architectural or design industry.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and post-production processes in 3D rendering.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualizations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.

Ability to recreate client visions accurately and creatively in 3D.
- Full-time position, primarily office-based with some in-person client meetings required.

Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
