Job Description:
G ONE is seeking a talented and detail-driven 3D Visualization Architect to join our team for our next-gen real estate platform. This role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations, architectural renderings, and walkthroughs to help bring our real estate projects to life. You’ll work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to produce visuals that are both realistic and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and walkthroughs for real estate projects
• Develop 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts
• Work with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and detail in visuals
• Produce interior and exterior renders that showcase materials, lighting, and textures realistically
• Apply creative design concepts to enhance presentations and marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in 3D visualization for architecture or real estate
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, or similar tools
• Strong skills in lighting, rendering, texturing, and post-production
• Understanding of architectural drawings and plans
• Knowledge of Photoshop or other editing software for final touch-ups
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renders, animations, and design work
