Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualization Specialist with a strong background in landscape design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and visualizations that bring conceptual landscape designs to life.

This role requires a deep understanding of landscape architecture, strong proficiency in 3D modeling software, and the ability to communicate design ideas visually and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling 3D visualizations and renderings for landscape design projects.
• Develop conceptual designs and translate them into realistic models using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and D5 Render (proficiency in D5 is essential).
• Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to accurately interpret design concepts.
• Incorporate appropriate plant selections, hardscape materials, and outdoor elements into visualizations.
• Present visual outputs that support design proposals, client presentations, and internal reviews.
• Stay up to date with trends in landscape design, 3D modeling techniques, and rendering technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D visualization for architecture or landscape projects.
• Advanced proficiency in D5 Render is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp and 3ds Max (or similar 3D modeling tools).
• Solid understanding of landscape architecture principles, plant species, materials, and outdoor spatial design.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and present conceptual landscape designs from scratch.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
