3D Visualizer

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated 3D Visualizer to join our team in our UAE office. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in visualization software, a creative mindset, and the drive to continuously learn and grow. A keen design sensibility and great communication skills will be considered an advantage, helping bring our concepts to life with both visuals and storytelling.

Description:

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling visuals to support client presentations led by Zebra’s Design Managers and Project Directors. This role requires close collaboration with Designers and Design Managers to translate creative design concepts into impactful visual representations that inspire client approval. All deliverables must align with Zebra’s quality standards and follow established 3D workflows and visualization processes.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborates closely with Designers and Design Managers to fully understand the design direction, visual requirements, and client expectations for each project.

· Reviews and evaluates design information provided during internal project kick-off meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.

· Produces high-quality visuals within agreed timelines, maintaining accuracy and uncompromised visual standards.

· Identifies and communicates potential challenges or production issues to the Senior Visualizer, ensuring timely resolution.

· Proactively seeks necessary information from Designers and Design Managers to prevent delays and optimize workflow efficiency.

· Adheres to established visual production guidelines, while also contributing to improvements and enhancements where possible.

· Demonstrates strong time management by maintaining productivity during working hours.

· Willing to work overtime when required, while prioritizing efficiency during standard hours.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is very much preferred but not required if the candidate has a proven track record of credibility in the Architectural Visualization field.

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field of Architectural Visualization specializing in Hospitality, Retail & F&B.

· Proficiency in 3D software’s mainly 3Dsmax (2019-2025 version) & Corona rendering engine is a must, Photoshop post processing skills & Autocad literacy. Knowledge in “Unreal Rendering Engine” is a major advantage. Sketchup + Enscape proficiency is a plus.

· Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational and stress management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Possesses a “can do” attitude.

· Knowledge in understanding architectural cad drawings, layouts & details.

· Excellent portfolio of previous works

· Attention to detail, artistic ability, vision, and creativity.

· Project and time management skills

· Able to take visual criticism constructively.

Software Skills:

· Adobe Premiere Pro

· Adobe After Effects

· Enscape (SKP + Enscape)

· D5 Render

· Unreal Engine
