About the Role
Armeton is looking for a talented CAD Designer to join our R&D team. You will play a key role in transforming concepts into precise, production-ready models and drawings, supporting the creation of innovative, cost-effective concrete components and moulds for home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models and 2D technical drawings for mechanical parts and assemblies (counterweights, moulds, brackets, mounts).
• Optimise designs for concrete casting and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all drawings include dimensions, tolerances, materials, and annotations per GD&T and ISO standards.
• Support prototyping through 3D printing, CNC machining, casting, or mould manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and procurement to ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, and manufacturable.
• Assist with tooling and mould design improvements to enhance quality and durability.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience as a CAD Designer or Mechanical Draftsman.
• Experience in concrete component design, industrial moulds, or appliance products is a plus.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (essential); AutoCAD familiarity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical part design, GD&T, technical drawing standards, mould design principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
