Job Title – 3D Visualizer
Qualification – B.Arch. / B.E. Civil or relevant qualification
Experience – Min 3 - 5 yrs
Gender – Male / Females
Salary – 30,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the budgets and appropriately suggest suitable designs to the client.
• Ensure commitments and timelines are strictly adhered
• Still renderings for exteriors residential elevation
• Should be able to visualize the space and offer designs/ design inputs to the client.
• To prepare drawings for client presentations

Requirements:

• Experience and highly skilled in still render, V- Ray, Adobe Photoshop. Ability to revise, create 3D Models from Interior and House Elevation.
• Self- motivated, innovative, adapts quickly to new solutions and works well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively on technical and interpersonal basis.
• Software skills – sketch up, V-ray, Lumion, 3DS max etc.
• Presentation skills – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Ability to render in day & night light settings.
• Ability to render walk-through animation
• Prior experience in Building and Construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
