Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer with a strong background in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience in an architectural firm, with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical expertise. The role involves creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent and elevate client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
• Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of architectural projects using industry-standard software.
• Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, and lighting setups for consistent high-quality outputs.
• Produce interior and exterior visualizations, including site plans and landscaping.
• Present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visualization techniques.
• Mentor junior visualizers and support their professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in 3D visualization within an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and expertise in architectural visualization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
