3D Visualizer

Job Overview: We, at Satre, are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, with a strong understanding of architecture and design principles. This role involves creating high-quality, photorealistic visual representations of architectural designs and concepts, working closely with architects and designers to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs based on drawings, blueprints, and design concepts.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and animations of architectural projects using advanced visualization software.
• Work collaboratively with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visual assets that align with design intent.
• Develop mood boards, material boards, and visual references to present design ideas and concepts to clients.
• Produce visual walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and 360-degree views to communicate the design effectively.
• Participate in design presentations, providing visual support to help explain design ideas.
• Ensure that the final visualizations are in line with project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design software.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an architectural 3D visualizer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar. 3Ds Max + Corona preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rendering engines and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with architectural design principles and an eye for detail in spatial composition.
• Experience in creating animations and interactive 3D presentations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and clients.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and previous work is required.
