Position: 3D Visualizer

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or related field.
• Certification in 3D Modeling, Rendering, or Visualization software (such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Blender, Revit, Unreal Engine, etc.) is preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and video editing software (optional).
• Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detailing.
• Ability to understand architectural drawings and interior design concepts.
• Creativity and visualization skills to convert 2D concepts into realistic 3D outputs.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, architects, and clients.
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.
• Interpret 2D drawings, floor plans, and sketches to develop accurate 3D models.
• Apply appropriate materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic renderings.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented.
• Make design suggestions and improvements through visuals when required.
• Prepare presentation materials for clients, including rendered images, videos, and VR experiences.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and reference images.
• Stay updated with new visualization tools and rendering techniques to improve output quality and efficiency.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural/interior visualization (depending on position level).
• Portfolio demonstrating realistic renderings and modeling skills is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
