3D Visualizer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
• Generate high-quality renderings, post-production edits, and video content, including interior/exterior views, walkthroughs, and 360-degree visuals for clients or in-house marketing.
• Attend project meetings to gather insights for visualization outputs.
• Use rendering software like V-Ray and Corona Render to produce photorealistic images and 3D models.
• Enhance visual quality with lighting, materials, textures, and landscaping elements for marketing purposes.
• Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.
• Review and refine visual content based on team and client feedback to maintain high quality.
• Work closely with marketing and architectural teams to create visually compelling content.
• Develop 3D animations and walkthroughs for presentations and exhibitions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in visualization techniques to enhance work quality.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in 3D visualization within an architecture or design firm
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and rendering techniques
• Ability to create engaging marketing content using 3D visuals and motion graphics
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Knowledge of video editing and After Effects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
