Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 3 to 8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and interior designers to create high-quality 3D renderings that clearly and powerfully communicate design concepts. A strong portfolio, advanced technical skills, and a passion for visual storytelling are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Create highly realistic and engaging 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior architectural environments.
• Develop and maintain an extensive library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and rendering presets.
• Produce visual assets for presentations, client meetings, marketing materials, and design competitions.
• Generate site plan and landscape renderings as required.
• Incorporate client and team feedback to continuously refine and improve visual outputs.
• Stay current with the latest visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior visualizers and support team members in skill development and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, preferably within architectural or design studios.
• Expert-level proficiency with 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in composition, lighting, and material realism.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
