Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 3 to 8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and interior designers to develop photorealistic renderings that accurately convey design intent. This position requires a strong technical foundation, a compelling portfolio, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project concepts and accurately visualize the intended design.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces.
• Develop, maintain, and organize a comprehensive library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and 3D assets.
• Produce visual content for client presentations, marketing materials, design competitions, and internal reviews.
• Generate site plans, landscaping visuals, and contextual renderings as required.
• Revise and refine renderings based on feedback to align with design goals and project standards.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior visualizers and assist in team development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of proven experience in architectural visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and construction documentation.
• Exceptional skills in lighting, texturing, composition, and photorealistic rendering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; capable of clearly interpreting feedback and presenting visual ideas.
