3D Visualizer / Draftsman

Role Description:
Responsible for creating 3D designs and producing realistic renderings for residential and commercial projects, in addition to preparing technical drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp. Translates ideas and sketches into precise visual designs that help clients and the project team better understand the project. Coordinates with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy of drawings and quality of outputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in drafting and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in realistic rendering and presentation of designs.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Arabic Nationality.
