We are seeking a highly skilled Architect – Interior Designer with over 10 years of proven experience in architectural and interior design projects, holding a valid UPDA certification. The role requires expertise in conceptual design, detailed drawings, material selection, project coordination, and site supervision, ensuring that interior spaces meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present conceptual, schematic, and detailed interior design solutions in line with project requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, etc.).
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting concepts aligned with design themes and client budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), local authority regulations, and international codes.
• Lead the coordination between consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of design intent.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications for interior works.
• Provide value engineering recommendations without compromising design quality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.
• Apply sustainable design principles and integrate innovative interior solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid UPDA Certification (Qatar) – minimum Grade C/B/A depending on project requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite.
