Architect

A Design Architect specializing in residential projects is responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for high-end homes. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their vision, developing design concepts, and producing architectural plans and drawings. The architect ensures that the project complies with regulations, is sustainable, and aligns with the client’s needs while collaborating with contractors, engineers, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts for residential projects, including layout, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Create architectural drawings, models for client presentations.
• Coordinate with clients to refine design ideas and incorporate their preferences.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to bring the design to life.
• Oversee the design process from concept through construction, ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 3+ years of experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max).
• Strong design, communication, and project management skills.
