Senior Designer – Civil & Structural (Onshore)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Designer with a strong background in brownfield engineering for oil and gas sector projects, preferably in Qatar.

Hiring: Senior Designer – Civil & Structural (Onshore)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 3 Months (with possible extension)
Industry: Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects
Salary: Up to 15,000 QAR
Visa Requirement: Local candidates with Freelance Visa only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engineering drawings for all project phases: Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design.
• Update and develop brownfield layouts, including underground composite and drainage drawings.
• Prepare architectural drawings for new buildings and structures.
• Create GA and detail drawings of concrete and steel structures (pipe supports, pipe bridges, platforms, foundations).
• Draft auxiliary steel structures such as handrails and ladders.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil & structural design within oil & gas brownfield projects.
• Middle East experience required; Qatar project experience preferred.
• Prior work with Oryx Qatar is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
