Executive Opportunity – Interior Design & Fit-Out Sector

Location: Doha, Qatar

A leading interior design and fit-out firm is seeking an General Manager with proven leadership in managing design studios, companies, or offices. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, strong operational expertise, and the ability to drive business growth and elevate performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager in the interior design or fit-out industry.

• Engineering background with solid proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent).

• Strong track record in business development and company growth strategies.

• Strategic leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: QAR 10,000 – 15,000

Attractive commission based on performance and achievement
