Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations and strategic direction for Laserfiche solutions and services.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring successful project delivery and technical excellence.
· Develop business growth strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new market opportunities in Qatar.
· Supervise end-to-end implementation of Laserfiche, including customization, integration, process automation, and user training.
· Collaborate with leadership on product positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and business planning.
· Ensure compliance with quality, data security, and local regulatory requirements.
· Drive continuous improvement of workflows, support, and technical documentation for Laserfiche customers.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 8 years’ experience in enterprise content management, with deep knowledge of Laserfiche products.
· Proven leadership in digital transformation projects and technical team management.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Fluency in English (Arabic language skills a plus).
