SAP Sr Consultant - Material Management

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to lead the functional implementation of SAP MM in our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP MM to meet business requirements.

Role

• SAP MM Implementation and Integration
• Experience in MM with integration to MDG, PM, QM, EWM, FI/CO/JVA, PS and HR.
• Experience in Data Migration – migration from ECC to S/4HANA systems
• Strong knowledge/experience of user exits, Enhancement, BAPi, BADI, LSMW & designing of Reports, Forms etc.
• Knowledge of middleware solutions for interfacing data such as PI/PO strongly preferred
• Experience in designing SAP Interfaces with external systems and vice versa
• Must have Technical and Business process experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorizations & Access Controls
• Be able to independently develop & define Test Scenario documents, perform Unit Testing, QA Testing & User acceptance testing including negative testing scenarios and execution of test scripts.
• Must have the experience of Fiori.
• Experience of S4/HANA Data migration tools.
• Documentation
• Prepare detailed documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Project Management Support
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the implementation.
• Monitor and report progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• +8 years of experience with 2-3 full life cycle implementation
• Experience in S4 HANA and FIORI apps
• Preferably has experience in the oil and gas and Middle East region.
• Familiar with change management procedures and project documentation
• Familiar with ABAP programming
• Experience in Flexible Workflow implementation in MM and EWM process
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel software for big data analysis
• Hands-on experience in Test Plan and Management
• Strong skills of technical writing, professional documentation, and reporting
