SAP End-to-End Process Expert

We are seeking an SAP End-to-End Process Expert to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive automation, ensure seamless process integration, and champion data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for digitalization within existing business processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new SAP functionalities (SAP Fiori, S/4HANA innovations, intelligent business processes).
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality, real-time data flows across the organization.
• Oversee integration between SAP and legacy systems to maintain data consistency.
• Lead change management to overcome resistance to new processes.
• Balance customization with standardization to optimize flexibility and maintainability.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date data for process efficiency.
• Coordinate across departments to unify processes and align stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP business process management and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and emerging digital process tools.
• Proven track record in driving automation and process transformation.
• Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
