3D Visualizer - Events and Exhibition

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior 3D Visualizer with a minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in the Event Management and Exhibition Industry.

The candidate must have strong expertise in conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for exhibition stalls, stage setups, and large-scale event environments.

Candidates without Events & Exhibitions background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative 3D design concepts based on client briefs
• Create exhibition stall designs, booths, pavilions, stage setups, and experiential zones
• Produce photorealistic renders, 3D views, and walkthrough animations
• Translate 2D references and brand guidelines into detailed 3D environments
• Coordinate with 2D design, production, and fabrication teams for execution feasibility
• Ensure designs are practical, material-accurate, and production-friendly
• Modify designs as per client feedback within given timelines
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Strong command over 3ds Max and sketcup
• Knowledge of V-Ray / Corona / Lumion
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong understanding of event structures, fabrication materials, and on-ground execution
• Ability to create client presentation-ready visuals

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Events & Exhibitions Industry
• Proven portfolio of exhibition stalls, government events, trade fairs, and large-scale event setups
• Experience working with event agencies or exhibition design companies is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
