3D Visualizer /Graphics Designer- Brand Activation and Exhibition

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer with a passion for experiential exhibition and brand activations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating immersive 3D environments, pop-ups, exhibition stands, and interactive spaces. You will work closely with creative teams, production, and clients to bring brand experiences to life through compelling and innovative 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design event spaces, brand activations, retail pop-ups, exhibition booths, and immersive experiences.
• Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and technical drawings to communicate ideas effectively.
• Work with creative directors, producers, and clients to ensure designs align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create realistic 3D models, materials, textures, and lighting for presentations and approvals.
• Prepare detailed production drawings and specifications for fabrication and build execution.
• Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, fabrication techniques, and technology in experiential marketing and event production.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D design for events, experiential marketing, retail, or exhibitions.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Blender.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) for technical drawings is a plus.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
• Strong sense of spatial design, color theory, lighting, and storytelling in physical environments.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into immersive physical experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to sell design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AR/VR for experiential design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with interactive installations and digital integration in physical spaces.
