Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in highly realistic 3D modeling and rendering. The ideal candidate will transform architectural and interior concepts into visually compelling presentations, supporting design, sales, and marketing teams across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior projects
• Develop 3D models based on architectural drawings, CAD files, and design concepts
• Produce realistic lighting, materials, textures, and environments
• Prepare walkthroughs, animations, and VR-ready visuals when required
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to meet design intent
• Revise renderings based on client and management feedback within deadlines
• Ensure all visuals align with UAE market standards and client expectations
• Support marketing and sales teams with presentation-ready visuals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong command of:
• 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion / Enscape
• AutoCAD (for drawing references)
• Photoshop / After Effects (post-production)
• Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, textures, and composition
• Ability to deliver realistic, high-end render outputs
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in fit-out, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
• Knowledge of UE5 / D5 Render is an advantage
• Ability to produce 360° renders and animations
• Immediate joiners preferred
