Role Summary:

We are looking for a powerhouse creator of our brand across social media. This is not just a "video editor" role; it is for a Full-Stack Creative who can jump from creating hyper-realistic 3D product CGI to editing fast-paced, trending Instagram Reels on a daily basis. You will be the bridge between our high-level marketing strategy and the technical execution of daily content. You must have a "skin-first" aesthetic, understanding how to make beauty products look aspirational, sensory, and premium.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Content Engine: Design end-to-end production of daily social media assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories). This includes filming, high-speed editing, and staying ahead of platform transitions and audio trends.
• High-End 3D Visuals: Develop 3D motion graphics and CGI-integrated.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Use AI tools (Generative Video, Image Expansion, AI Voice/Audio) to speed up production and create futuristic, "impossible" visuals.
• Aesthetic Direction: Take strategic guidelines and turn them into a cohesive visual grid. You must ensure every frame feels premium, minimalist, and aligned with luxury beauty standards.
• Technical Post-Production: Advanced color grading (specifically for skin tones), sound design, and typography/motion-text overlays.

Key Technical Requirements

• Video Mastery: Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects, with a focus on "social platforms" pacing (reels-style editing).
• 3D Design: Proficiency in Blender, 4D product rendering and motion.
• Beauty/Skincare Experience: A portfolio that shows you understand how to film/edit textures (creams, oils, serums) and maintain a "luxury" feel.
• Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of Instagram/TikTok guidelines. The Ideal Candidate
• Creative: You don't just "push buttons" you understand why a piece of content will go viral and how it fits into a 45-day marketing plan.
• Fast & Agile: Able to produce high-quality edits for daily posting without sacrificing the "luxury" polish.
• In-Office Collaborator: Ready to work alongside our marketing team in Lahore to brainstorm and execute in real-time
